We ordered the BBQ Chicken, Caprese (not very good), steak argento, mushroom, corn and finally the chorizo which was what the cashier recommended and was indeed the best one. I’ve experienced empanadas in Argentina and Uruguay and although these empanadas aren’t exactly traditional compared to what I tried before, I was still quite happy with the food and service here! Stopped at the outlets in Silverthorne on Sunday and decided to check out Argentos, an Argentinian empanadas & wine bar. $4.50/each or $25.99/half dozen with chipotle, chimichurri or jalapeño creme sauces. My favorite is the spicy bbq chicken and my hubby’s was the spicy beef. Delicious!! Larger and more filling than Lazos Empanadas. *** Another thing I like at this place. The new river run location is exactly what the village needed. An affordable, delicious and quick choice. By far the best food option in river run. We are a locally owned rental shop and its so nice to have another small local business to support.
