Fiesta Jalisco is a beloved restaurant that has maintained its high standards for over a decade. The food is consistently spot on, and the staff, including Carlene, are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the presentation and taste of dishes, such as the avocado tostada with sour cream and pinto beans, are exceptional. The "Crunchy chile relleno" is a particular standout, and Jaime, the manager, provides excellent service.
