Their fried ice cream hit the spot and we were pleasantly surprised by the strawberry ice cream inside instead of the traditional vanilla. It was also served with yummy warm fresh mini-sopapillas. “This place is fire for a post ski meal. They pack all their burritos and quesadillas (all we got) with meat and cheese. For the price you pay (inexpensive) you get a great serving of great Mexican food. Would go again. Would highly recommend the Barbacoa.“
