“The Market at Pepitos is small, but don't be fooled. Everything in there is beautiful! From the meats & cheeses, to the produce, especially the plantains, avacados, and array of various peppers ?❤ the employees there are so helpful and friendly, and the restaurant next door makes delicious quesadillas while you shop at the Market! So thick and ready in 10 minutes! This place is definitely Eagle County's best kept secret, tucked away behind the buildings on Hwy. 6. Don't blink or you'll miss it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“This place is a staple of the valley and been hete for 34 years now and is offering a free fried ice cream with strawberries on top in celebratio. They handled our group of 20 people very wel. Andy did a great job and accurate orders and friendly service. Price point is good for the area. Tradition new mexican cusine and bar menu. The ambiance and atmosphere are great representation of folk art that gives great vibes while regional norteno mexican music echoes in the background. 2 tvs at the baf in case you want to keep up with the playoffs and enjoy there signature Margarita. Good times enjoyed here tonight and thank to all the staff for a great evening.“
“Place is on point and a must stop after riding Bever Creek. Good is always hot and fresh plus the home made salsas, they have every spice level! Service is always friendly and genuine and I love sitting at the tables they have set out side after a day of riding and looking up at the mountain whether it’s snow or shine! Thanks RMT!“
“I live all the way in Omaha, about 9 hours from the closest Rocky Mountain taco, my fiancé and I tried it while driving through last summer, we made a trip this weekend, specifically to get Rocky Mountain taco, that’s how amazing their food is. We have had both the taco truck and had great service and food and we have ate at the restaurant in Minturn, both times they were extremely busy but very friendly and food was quick and soooo delicious. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!“
“Nah, this is honestly some of the best Mexican food in Colorado. Just so good. I’m from Los Angeles and this place is casually amongst the best, we’ve already come two days in a row on our Beaver Creek trip - you can very easily walk here from the Westin gondola.“
“Food here is absolutely delicious. I had the octopus in butter garlic sauce (Pulpo Al Gusto) and went back a few days later. My son had the tacos (the toppings came on the side) and he wanted to go back as well. The menu is massive. So many options including whole grilled fish.Best part is most of the customers and the staff are Hispanic. That is a good sign! The staff are also super friendly. The downside is they don’t take reservations.5 stars. Highly recommend!“
“We always enjoy eating at Agave when we are out here. Ordered 2 desserts for our table- the apple empanada was delicious but the chocolate tort was served frozen solid and was inedible. A first for us and hopefully the last. We will be back again though.“
“My favorite restaurant in the valley for Mexican food!Dishes that include seafood get pricey, but that's expected this far inland.Food is always delicious, and the service is always fast and friendly. Even in the busiest times you don't have to wait long for your food.I recommend the Carne Asada plate. Perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy.“
“The food was really good but the service was really bad. They somehow missed my dinner order even though I was the first in our party to order and then said they miss read it and put cold food on a very hot plate. They’re just lucky it tasted good, just not hot. Don’t expect the waitstaff to know what is on happy hour because what we ordered ended up not being and had to pay full price.“
“Whoops I did it again....LOVE the boot for everything it is (and isn't)!!! Food (fantastic) drinks (daily mystery shot, lots of beers on draft) service (spectacular) and crowd (a bit of everything, but always friendly and in a great mood). We stopped in for a late lunch on a Wed (around 4 pm) before the rush after the lifts closed. Wonderful service, LOVED the pretzel bites, the French dip (wonderful, great crunchy bread & excellent dipping) & tater tots (so many I couldn't finish) & my son loved the burger. Wonderful for lunch, drinks after skiing or dinner!! Winner“
“Whenever we visit Colorado (Edwards) we have to get food from La Patrona. It’s a must stop for my family. My toddler is a picky eater with sensory issues in textures and she even finds something in the great options that the menu offers. I truly can’t get enough of the quesabirrias and burritos when we’re in town. This place has become a must stop when we’re in The Valley. Can the chef move the Midwest and open a few food trucks here?!“
