“I have been coming to smiling moose for 6 years. It is one of my favorite delis in Eagle county. They stack the lunch sandwiches a little weird but the Mountain Sunrise is the best breakfast sandwich in the valley.”

“This is a great funky casual bar/restaurant for a real local vibe. We stopped in on the way from the airport to our condo for dinner on a Monday night. To my liking, the special was $8 Martini’s. Bar service was a bit slow due to their full crowd, but our server was very attendant and all was well. Food was good, especially the pasta/shrimp.”

“They came to Skijoring and we were amazed! Got the Chicago dog and fries, and the dog was on point- perfect Chicago dog, perfect toppings, excellent bun. The dog snapped! The fries were an unexpected treat-slightly crispy and seasoned so well I didn't even want ketchup, which is not my usual choice! I really hope to get a chance to sample more of their menu in future.”

“That is the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I don't know how they make their crust, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce isn't too sweet or too anything and they use the perfect amount. I wanted to keep eating the pizza even though I was full. The staff was friendly as well. I am so confused about why this place was empty at lunch on a Saturday.”

“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!”

“Sundae is one of the best ice cream shops I’ve been to! They have a huge variety of flavors, and every scoop tastes fresh, creamy, and delicious. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help you choose a flavor if you can’t decide. The shop is clean, has a fun atmosphere, and is a great place to hang out with friends or family. Whether you’re getting a classic cone, a sundae, or a milkshake, everything is made with care and tastes amazing. I highly recommend Sundae to anyone looking for a sweet treat.”

“Outstanding local bakery! Our family of five was stuck in Edwards east of Vail Pass during a snowstorm on Monday and while looking for a place to wait out the storm we discovered Panaderia Azteca. Walking through the door we stepped into heaven. So many wonderful smells filling the air, beautiful multicolored pastries everywhere, and behind the counter the owner working his craft beside a giant pile of sweet dough. We were mesmerized watching him skillfully transform small balls of dough into beautiful works of art. He shared with us the story of his parents passing on and his journey to honor them through his baking. To say his food is made with love would be understating things. We tried many different pastries and breads, all of which brought huge smiles to our children’s faces. I recommend this spot to anyone. This unplanned pit stop became a highlight of our trip.”

“A goto when I’m skiing Beaver Creek. Have been going for nearly a decade. The dumplings are a must. All the rolls are excellent. A great gathering spot for our group of ski friends.”

“Pepitos is a great place to find a wide variety of Latin American products, including fresh vegetables, meats, and specialty items. They offer many options that can be difficult to find in other stores. The store is well stocked, and the selection is one of its best features. Prices are a little higher compared to other places, but the variety and convenience make it a good option.”

“My favorite restaurant in the valley for over 25 years”

“The food at this wine dinner was decent (and the food at Harvest is generally very good) with two caveats last night (1) the risotto course was barely warm by the time that our table got it, and (2) the steak was very well done and a bit dry. The issue at this dinner is that is was clearly not planned very well. We got there 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and the wait staff still hadn't figured out where people were to be seated. The golf demonstration by a former PGA star was amazing! But when that was over, they told us that we were being seated outside without even asking us our preference - an issue in CO summers depending on the day. When we sat down at our table outside, the glass of wine that was waiting for us was very warm as well was the salad plate (and clearly had been sitting there for a while awaiting the golf demo. Tt was very windy so we asked to be seated inside, and the staff did move our food and wine to the new table. We didn't see the regular manager present and wondered if we just missed him or he wasn't there. Nevertheless the wait staff worked very hard and were very friendly. At the end of the dinner, the sponsor (and what would have been the missing manager) did not eve bother to thank the wait staff or the kitchen staff as they usually do at these wine dinners. And finally, there was no dessert course (which everyone was commenting on at the tables.).”

“This is one of my favorite place to go out and reward myself with some take out . If you are not one of the super wealthy folks that reside around these parts and your some normal joe working class randy this is the place to go and have an affordable good burger. There are good options for burgers like single , triple and double. It will also fill you up and that matters allot these days . I know if you go up on the mountain and eat a burger it’s overpriced us foods or sisco junk that ends up costing like 40 dollars . If you come here its like in the teens depending on what you get. One of my all time favorite places to go and eat. This place delivers food very quick , its good , the folks are nice they seem like a local family, small business and that is important to support specially these days with big business ruining everything and feeding you fake poison . This food here seems pretty real and fresh . Definitely go try a burger. They also seem to have local pastries, they look good i have not tried yet . They also have some grab go items .”

“We stopped by Fiesta’s Cafe & Cantina today around 10:45 a.m. and had an absolutely fantastic meal.

Even though it was still morning, they were already open and serving from their full menu, which was a pleasant surprise. We were in the mood for lunch, and they delivered.

I had the menudo, and it was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best bowls I’ve had anywhere. You can tell it was made with care and tradition.

My wife Margarita ordered the chicken enchiladas with the white enchilada sauce, and she said it was the best enchilada dish she’s ever had at a Mexican restaurant. The sauce was creamy, flavorful, and completely unforgettable.

What really made the visit special was the hospitality. Our waitress, Paula, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The owner also stopped by our table to visit with us, answer questions, and talk about the food. It’s rare these days to find a restaurant where you feel so welcomed and appreciated.

The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was exceptional. It’s not often that both of us leave a restaurant talking about our meals the rest of the day, but that’s exactly what happened here.

If you’re anywhere near Edwards and looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food served by people who truly care about their customers, this place is well worth the stop. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit.
