“We loved this restaurant so much! They have both good and authentic Chinese and Thai food. The sushi there was fresh and tasty. The sushi chef “Fei” even came to our table to ask about how we like the sushi when he was available. We talked a little bit and knowing that he has been working as a sushi chef for over 16 years. I would like to say my sushi was not only a dish but also an art work. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends if they come for skiing。”
“Very good food and friendly staff. Specially Pradip was really good.”
“Food was great overall, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was prompt and food arrived very quickly. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. All the other food was delicious. We will definitely go back.”
“I would just like to clarify firstly for the business that I had put my name on the list to wait for a table and my name is “Bri”. When I went inside, I tried telling the gentlemen that I was just called for a table for 2 for Bri. I think he had mistaken that I had said a table for 3. I felt so bad because the lovely lady had a table ready for us already and there was just a slight confusion. I truly felt so bad realizing that the two words sounded pretty close to being the same.
ANYWAY, the sushi here is amazing! I will 100% be returning as a loyal customer, the yellow tail was absolutely amazing. Don’t listen to the reviews. For someone who misses my brother every day in Japan and always looks for a genuine Japanese sushi restaurants this is the spot to hit. Please take the chance to go and try their food. Hand rolls, sashimi, and speciality.
Their service here is fantastic as well. I enjoyed every second.”

“Oh.My.Lord! Amazing!!! We went for dinner 12/5 while up at Vail. Charles, one of the managers, was thoughtful, checked to see how our experience was…it was second-to-none! The restaurant is beautiful, love the open kitchen, the staff—kind, informative, attentive. But the food! Next level!! The pork shank is the best pork I’ve ever had . . . wow! Charles told us the lengthy process it takes to make that, so delicious! The clam chowder was exceptional; they smoke the clams before putting in the chowder. That slight smoky flavor made this the best chowder I’ve ever tasted!
In summary, beautiful restaurant, great customer service and outstanding food!! Go!! You won’t be disappointed.”
“By far the best Italian food I have found in the United States!”

“Excellent experience. I had the fish, it was like Arctic char, but had a different name. Very tasty. Also had an artichoke salad that was unique and excellent. Then they served strawberry cotton candy with chocolates! Then I had the three sorbets, with fruit. I got there early, so the atmosphere was quiet. The people were super friendly, including hostess, waiters, etc. Outside the restaurant is a piano bar, that was casual and cozy. I highly recommend this place.”
“This was a stellar dining experience. It was NOT crazy loud and bustling, the fish options were amazing, the waygu was a fun experience and THE DESSERTS!! Holy moly. this was thee best experience i’ve ever had dining in Vail. I appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and kind, attentive service.”
“We eat here every year while visiting Vail as it is our favorite! Perfect French restaurant! They serve a fabulous fois gras terrine as well as a traditional chocolate, and more importantly, lemon soufflé for dessert! Best French food in the heart of Vail Village. Iliya is a consummate professional waiter.”
“What a fabulous lunch. Patrick our waiter was knowledgeable, courteous attentive and cute! The food was great too. Carrot honey chicken sandwich best ever! Elk meatball sub was excellent. Fries in duck fat, there are no words. Topped off with a dark chocolate, baby guava tart…..what can I say. All Patrick’s suggestions…thank you.”

“My husband met the owner on the gondola one day and told us all about First Chair. We made it out for dinner and drinks with the kids a few days later. Chris served us and it was great meeting him as a fellow East coaster! We ordered almost all of the burritos on the menu and were not disappointed! The smash burger was easily my favorite. My dad would order the meatball burrito for every meal, I swear, with how much he enjoyed it as well as my 1 year old eating half of one herself. My son did work on the nachos they were so tasty! When we get back to Vail, we'll be sure to stop in! great staff and food!”
“You'd think that being in Vail and in a golf club, this would be expensive as hell. It's not, given all that. We had a quick stop and hastily picked up a sandwich and our server treated us very nicely and the food was high quality. The sandwich with the side of fries was like 18 bucks. Highly recommend. And the views were gorgeous.”
“We had a good lunch here! We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy for lunch. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my friends got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken passion sandwich (I think that’s what it was called! It came with like a plum sauce). It was exactly what I wanted and the bread specifically is amazing! Had a local feel to it. The plum sauce was good too. It is sweet, but not too much and goes well with the chicken (or the fries!)
Vegetarian options: There was a mushroom burger and a black bean burger option”
“Cool place. Seated quick. Took a while for a waiter to grace our table. We both got burgers. They were ok. Performed patty. Probably a frozen one. Fries were weirdly crunchy. I don’t like limp fries but overly crunchy is just weird. I always prefer hand cut fries.”
“I love this cafe! Everyone is so nice, and the food and coffee are SO good. The red haired girl, Belu I think, is so sweet and she always remembers my drink and my name! Also, the rest of the girls are so nice! I definitely recommend their cappuccino and Nutella croissant. Definitely will come back!
Best place in the village 🩷”
“Such a lovely cafe in vail. We had the winter soup and avocado toast and were both in love with our meals. Listen. If you are an avocado toast connoisseur, I am telling you, you HAVE to try their toast. It is insane. I’m still dreaming about it. Highly recommend this cafe if you’re in vail!

“The bbq pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. The waiter was a little under par. He just wasn't as attentive to us as he was others. We ordered 2 beers he only brought one. And when we said we wanted 2. He had a attitude. But then apologized right before he brought the bill.”
“This is the best place to eat on the mountain. They are smoking the meat right there!
Great spot to stop in, warm up, and get some great BBQ. Get there before the lunch rush to make sure you get a seat. Tables by the windows have a beautiful view of the mountain. When the weather is warmer you can sit outside. They have picnic tables and lawn chairs.
Recommend the ribs, brisket, and Mac n cheese.”
“Dining at Elways was a truly memorable experience. The ambiance was both elegant and inviting, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly specially Victor, great seevice Dragon, Buddy. The food was absolutely delicious, and perfectly crafted. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience.”
“Hands down the best McDonald's I have ever had the chance to eat at. They're quick, kind , efficient, and to top it all of the food is fresh and does not give me the oh so popular McDonald's after... I highly suggest trying them out and be nice they are very good people!

“Steven Teaver the owner was awesome! He opened up a little early to allow us Oregonians to check out Bad Kitty Lounge! Made us feel like long time friends! The suspended mirrored ski boot was a spectacular touch. Were there 08/23/21. Going through some of our Colorado vacation pics and had to comment on this place.”
“My wife looked up GF cafes in Vail and the Treff cafe came up. It serves a range of GF baked goods. The blueberry muffins were particularly good in both GF and non GF. The location is great in the pedestrian free part of Vail. Service was very good and the open area in front of the cafe is wonderful on a bright sunny day.”
“I was pretty disappointed this season with the limited options this time. The food is served apparently only some days.. then there's no wait staff I guess anymore, and as much as this place suppose to be bumpin' for any apres ski time they decide to close at 4pm or so.. blew my mind.. absolutely the most prime real estate .. the way its ran I guarantee they're hitting less than 50% of its potential revenue! [It's a very obvious observation] no entertainment just self order line. Please be better.. make Vail resorts $$ so ppl don't need to pay $300 day for skiing”
“Pazzo’s Pizza in Vail is hands down the best spot for pizza around. Dan Renner and the crew make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. Their service is top-notch—always friendly, timely, and welcoming. The pizza? Absolutely unbeatable, with fresh ingredients and that perfect balance of flavor and crust. Whether you’re grabbing a bite after a day on the slopes or ordering in, they never disappoint. If you want great food and a place that treats you right, Pazzo’s is the place to go!”
“It's such a special place. Our company had a conference and I was able to watch my husband charge the race course above. We just shared amazing moments with our colleagues and friends. It was such a wonderful experience.”
“Highly recommend Chasing Rabbits when in Vail. Very hip place with creative cuisine and a great wine program. I had Rabbit Bolognese and it was outstanding. Our server was excellent. Can't wait to go back!”

“Great place to go if you just want a chill/typical bar environment. A lot of local people come to this bar.
Also the duck is amazing so I would recommend getting that!”

“Jacob is the one of the best bartenders I’ve ever came across. You’re in good hands if he’s taking care of you during your visit to the restaurant!!
P.s. one of the best bars in town to go to.. it’s reasonably priced and adds that extra texture of comfort being one of the locals favorite… for a good reason”
