We celebrated my husband's birthday at Elway's and it was fantastic! He got the New York strip steak. It was cooked perfectly and he ate every single bite! He also enjoyed the mashed potatoes. I had the house salad which was simply delicious. I also had the coconut shrimp. There were 3 huge shrimp with a tasty slaw which included cashews. They brought my husband a slice if dark chocolate cake for his birthday. It was a memorable meal!
We did a restaurant buyout for our group of 85 that was having meetings in Vail. The food and service were both great. The staff did an amazing job with such a large group and we appreciated their efforts and would recommend Elway's for such an event.
Me and my wife had an amazing experience for our anniversary. Everyone there where super helpful.

The calamari received mixed reviews, with some finding the deep-fried olives stuffed with blue cheese and the excess oil not to their liking, yet it has been highly rated by others. Shrimp cocktail and sautéed mushrooms continue to exceed expectations. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, making dining at Elway's a truly memorable experience. While a bit pricey, the value is worth it, especially with the fantastic service from attentive staff such as Alejandra and Chef Victor, who often goes above and beyond for guests. The mashed potatoes are heavenly, and the onion rings are praised for their perfect texture. Overall, Elway's provides a great dining experience that leaves a lasting impression.
