The new poke is fantastic!
Truly an outstanding experience - food and service. Nicole was our server - fabulous! And made our experience with recommendations and her attention. Wonderful combinations of flavors and textures, in our opinion. Did not yet experience the Sushi, that's for another evening. Stayed with the menu.

The food is consistently good, with exceptional design, preparation, and presentation. The menu is unique, and the options are varied, ensuring a top-notch dining experience. The service is friendly and attentive, with a pleasant ambience. Favorites include the Yuzu Kanpachi, Boom Boom Roll, and spicy edamame. The staff is fun and professional, and they are accommodating for dietary limitations. The recent addition of outside dining offers a perfect spot to people-watch, with stunning views of the Gore Range mountains. While prices may be higher than average, the quality and experience are worth it.
