I called with no reservation asking if we could get in. The host / manager directed us to come in right at 5 for the bar. We were able to get seated right away and even got free sashimi while sitting at the bar. It’s one of the most welcoming restaurants I’ve been to in a while. The cocktails and sushi rolls are fantastic. The service was really what stood out though. I will definitely be coming back.

Food is insanely good, servers are amazing. Pheobe has served us three years in a row now and is so sweet. The manager Luke is also very kind. He remembered my dad from past visits which brightened his whole day. You couldn't pick a better spot as long as you can get the reservation.

This tiny sushi joint in Vail Village is a hidden treasure! Make a reservation as they are jam packed with only about 12 tables or so. Great service and ambiance with club like vibe. The sushi and sashimi is top notch! On a side note, it was very warm inside.

The food, service, and entertainment was amazing! New favorite restaurant! Very good with dietary restrictions and had amazing desert! 100% recommend the tempera brownies!Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian and got tempera vegetables with rice, and mango nigiri! So good!

Dont Settle

Come quite often, won't anymore. Fish smell in the restaurant has progressively gotten worse. The seaweed wrap smells no better and cost $4 per roll to have replaced with soy paper so your sushi doesn't taste spoiled. ((Maguro today was on its way out) last time we came, it was the yellow tail that was on its way out.) Nothing is consistent, including the service.Beyond all those things that'd steer your average customer away. The (I'd assume the front of house Manger) is the reason we will never return. When I explained I did not order one of the plates I was given, I was brought my paper and pencil menu(which I didn't realize had disappeared since I had VERBALLY ordered two nigiri plates. One of them was marked on the menu. I was given a verbal confirmation of my two Nigiri plates. But somehow between me and the 20 feet the register, confusion set in. Was told everything with a mark next to it will be put on the order, even if you make it specifically clear you only want the things you're verbally asking for. After asking to have it removed I was informed about a delusion the manager had with one of our previous visits. We ordered a roll with nori wrap on accident after forgetting to ask for soy paper since we had decided the nori was garbage. Explain, it's our fault, we want to pay for it and also order another. However the managers recollection was that we asked to have to have our roll remade and that they had to throw it out. Tonight I was told this was the last time they'd remove something for me. This was the first time. Will also be the last.As for your sorry patronizing "professional" explanation to me as to how it's my fault I recieved the food when I made my order verbally and the staff member took the liberty of adding things I didn't ask for to my bill.(every other time we've been asked if what we marked is something we would also like, not tonight)... all I have to say is I hope you understand how dangerous that type of aggression can be.Used to spend $100to+$200 every time when came. One of the priciest places around and you've only had pink pickled ginger the last month. Completely disappointed with this sushi place. So many great ones around here. Can't even special order a roll here to fix the mediocre menu rolls.

Cozy and modern, both tables and sushi bar, attentive staff and quite excellent food! We tried gyoza and they were the deep-fried version which is not our favorite. But after that, the food was excellent! Tuna sashimi bowl had a bit of spice (loved by one of us but not the other). Nigiri was very good, especially the fresh yellowtail and maguro. Edamame (traditional) was really fresh and nicely salty. Overall we would definitely return and try many more things on the menu. If you don't have a reservation, there might be room at the Sushi Bar.

Food was great and came out quickly, drinks were delicious and unique. Pretty tight space inside but service was good!

Mediocre sushi at outrageously expensive prices, 3x the price of sushi elsewhere. Nothing special. Small, crowded space. Management team very friendly and good service. Menu prices at the restaurant about 30% higher than what the restaurant shows on its website, which is deceptive. They need to update their website to show accurate and current prices. Do not recommend.
