The ambiance is inviting, providing a comfortable setting for a meal. Service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. While it may not be the most expansive sushi menu, Joy Sushi delivers a solid option for those craving quality sushi in Vail. #JoySushiVail #SatisfyingSushiExperience“

“Had a delicious lunch here today! The sushi is seriously delicious, made by a great sushi chef and way more affordable than other sushi places in town! I wish more people would bring their business here. I see some not very nice reviews about the hostess/waitress but people just don’t understand her! She has a very dry sense of humor and if she comes off as “rude” it’s her way of being funny! Please have a conversation with her and you will see she’s actually a very nice woman and has been in this business for many, many years along with her family and they are also very nice people. She was making us laugh so hard today! I think we all need to keep in mind that everyone has a story and maybe to ask questions and have conversations with people rather than immediately coming up with an opinion. Just my two cents. And for those of you that say they won’t go back because of their interaction with her, it’s definitely your loss.“

“My partner and I got into Vail late one night in October and walked around looking for places to eat dinner. Initially we passed by this place since no one else was there, but came back after our first choice turned out to be closed - and we're so happy we made that choice.
We went straight to their Szechuan menu and ordered the ma po tofu and spicy crispy chicken. Both dishes came out super fast, and the tofu even came on its own burner. What we didn't realize going in was that the entrees are family-sized, so we quickly realized we'd be taking leftovers back to the hotel room.
The ma po tofu caused my partner, who notoriously dislikes tofu, to say that we should try making it at home. It was delicious and had the perfect balance of Szechuan peppercorn spices. The chicken was so tender and perfectly seasoned, we ate every bit of it at the restaurant!
Definitely coming back to this hidden gem whenever we come back for ski season!“
