“We were visiting Vail for our anniversary and we decided to try Makoto for dinner. The food was excellent, especially the Wagyu Hot Stone and the Softshell Crab sushi. Our waitress Hiroko was very knowledgeable and attentive! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Vail.“

“We love Yama every time we go. We were just looking for some good food after a hard day working while enjoying vail to the fullest. It satisfied every need. Pat the manager does a great job. Maya the 5* server is super knowledgeable and detailed; shes a reason alone to keep coming back. Juan the Chef is a true Pro, we love his work and will come back as much as possible just for him. I recommend the Costa Rica roll.

“Great sushi place! We dined in and loved every bite — the fish was super fresh, the rolls were flavorful and beautifully presented. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. But what really made our experience special was a lovely complimentary treat at the end of the meal — such a nice touch! We also absolutely love Chef Ian’s sushi — his skills are on another level! Will definitely come back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
