Hiro was amazing!
We were visiting Vail for our anniversary and we decided to try Makoto for dinner. The food was excellent, especially the Wagyu Hot Stone and the Softshell Crab sushi. Our waitress Hiroko was very knowledgeable and attentive! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Vail.
We had an incredible experience from start to finish—great food, atmosphere, and service all around. My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it absolutely delivered. It’s definitely on the expensive side, even for Vail and outside our usual picks, but it felt completely justified.
