Update...we've dined at Gessner's dozens of times during our visits to the Grand Hyatt Vail. This is the main restaurant on property, they serve breakfast, apres, and dinner. We've mostly had breakfast and apres here over the years but all in all this is a great restaurant located within the hotel. The food is always solid and I think the service has gotten better throughout the years we have been visiting this establishment....

Everything was amazing here during our stay. Such friendly and delightful waiters and hostess. Shout out to Oggy who served us twice for dinner, he is great. The breakfast is incredible too
Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. Way too much. The lamb chops were OK. The chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream was excellent.
