“I recently dined at an incredible new authentic Mexican restaurant in Vail, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a true taste of Mexico with every bite. “Great experience; we came in near closing time which, being in the industry I always hesitate to do but we had to due to a late schedule. Everyone was super accommodating, friendly, the food was great and so were the margaritas. The server said "no rush" and made us feel right at home. I would recommend anytime!“

“We luckily found this place when we’re about to leave Vail. We had the street tacos and they were delicious! After looking at the prices in the main shopping area, this was a bargain! higHly recommend checking this place out! You don’t get a view but the food is worth it!“

“I’m from out of town and I really enjoyed the warm welcome as soon as I entered the door! I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from everyone, everything was fresh and the service was fast. The employees also had some cake that I noticed so I inquired on where they got it from, the manager told me where to get some from but he was nice enough to offer me a piece. They ended up giving me the rest of the cake, everyone at this location was so nice and I really appreciated their hospitality! Definitely recommend this location!

“Excellent mexican food. Their queso is made in-house and is so creamy and tasty.
Parking: The restaurant is in one of the hotels and parking is not available unless you are staying at the hotel. However, there is parking and a garage, but it is a bit of a walk.“

“Can't say enough about how great of a time we had at The Saloon! The food was fantastic, the margaritas are every bit as good as I heard they were and the service was excellent. Plus, it has such a cool vibe. The hostess, Mary, truly made our night with all of her tips for visiting the area. We will definitely be back!“

“The current 3.9 rating really does not do this place justice. It's a 5 star in our book! We are a family who has ate at MANY mexican restaurants and this is the BEST mexican you will find near Vail or anywhere for that matter. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Wish we had a Fiesta Jalisco in Charlotte, NC!“

“Great experience, Amazing Food, Fast & excellent service, I dont know if i can enjoy longhorn ever again Also the only time as a type 1 diabetic I've been able to eat fries and a burger with out my sugars spiking , This is huge, showing good quality meat no additional sugars & normal Healthy! Meaning u don't need to just eat a salad all the food is top quality ?... If it wasn't 170 miles away from me I would come here every weekend.... but I will have to make this a normal stop....We Enjoyed the burger with colorado beef and the filet mignon..... both cooked perfect to our asking and both highly delicious the first time in 4 years we have been able to enjoy and eat our plates completely clean anywhere“

“The food was really good but the service was really bad. They somehow missed my dinner order even though I was the first in our party to order and then said they miss read it and put cold food on a very hot plate. They’re just lucky it tasted good, just not hot. Don’t expect the waitstaff to know what is on happy hour because what we ordered ended up not being and had to pay full price.“
