About Minturn Saloon

Minturn Saloon, a re-created valley staple, offers a unique dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere. The remodel is exceptional, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The menu is not very extensive but provides decent variety and reasonable portion sizes at fair prices. Guests often enjoy dishes like the "Smashburger" and wagyu hot dog with hand-cut fries, and some also praise the killer mac and cheese. The ambience and vibe are nice, making it a great spot for families and anyone seeking a pleasant meal. Service is often described as fast, friendly, and over the top, with staff bringing great energy to the experience. The enclosed patio allows guests to enjoy the outdoors even in the rain. Many visitors highlight the excellent fry options, with some claiming they are heaven for fry lovers. The quality of the food is very good, and drinks are well-liked. Prices can be a bit steep, especially near ski resorts, and some items like chips and salsa may seem expensive. Overall, the Saloon remains a favorite for those looking for good food, a fun environment, and attentive service in a top-shelf setting.

Great evening great food used to be able to get all three blue corn enchiladas which was a disappointment to be told no.

Excellent food! We love the unique take on some things like the quessabiria (the secret sauce on the side is amazing!), the flat iron steak and the enchiladas are amazing!! The staff and owners are great and love the history of the saloon and the atmosphere. Our new favorite place!

The Saloon in Minturn is a fun place to dine for a casual evening outside of Vail Village's more expensive restaurants The food is great and the ambiance western/mountains.
