About Minturn Country Club

The Minturn Country Club is a well-known, family-friendly restaurant that offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience. This hidden gem features a fun and friendly atmosphere where guests can start their meal at an old-style salad bar, hand-picking their steak or seafood, and then grill it themselves. This interactive twist on dining is especially great for families, as kids can get involved in cooking their own steaks. The steak is described as tender, juicy, and full of flavor, making it a highlight of the menu. While the signature twice-baked potato may not have met everyone's expectations, the truffle fries and other sides, like onion rings and fries, are plentiful and tasty. Guests can also try the filet mignon or the prime New York strip steak. Grilling garlic bread adds to the fun, and the cozy atmosphere fosters conversation, even if it gets crowded around the grills. The restaurant is located a short drive from Vail and provides ample street parking, making it a must-visit destination for families and friends looking for lasting memories.
