We've rounded up Eagle's top Mexican spots for you to try.
“We’ve been visiting our son who just recently moved to the Vail Valley, and have enjoyed trying all the restaurants the town of Eagle has to offer! Our experience at El Segundo was enjoyable. The service and atmosphere was exceptional, but the food was lacking. We ordered the ceviche and it came out looking a little “gray” in color, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a little longer than it should have. The chips and queso were delicious, and I really enjoyed my taco salad. My husband ordered the crispy pork belly taco, the cod, and the hot Korean taco. The Hot Korean was the only one he enjoyed enough to finish, and it just seemed like the prices were a little high for the portions we received! However the service and atmosphere were enough to want to visit again, so we will be back on our next visit to Eagle!“
“Delicious, well-priced Mexican food. Large menu selection and generous portions -- all delicious. We had burritos and fajitas. Fresh ingredients . Friendly service in a comfortable sit-down restaurant with both tables and booths. Will definitely go back the next time we fish in Eagle.“
“Phenomenal food !! I have lived in Southern California with great authentic Mexican cuisine but this has topped it !! Great family atmosphere with the staff and they make you feel welcome as if you were in there own family. I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone !“
“I had their shredded beef tacos. Absolutely amazing. Addicting really. Real authentic Mexican food. The flavor is so good. I cant wait to try more of their food. My daughter had the smothered bean and cheese burrito. She really liked it. Said the beans were really good and she's picky with her beans.“
“What have I been missing!?!?! I've eaten here before but I don't remember it being this great! Food, drink, and customer service were amazing. I wish I was Cher and could turn back time, because I would have been coming here a lot more! Say Lou to this place. Lou must be an owner...“
