“We want to give a big shout out to Amando & Maria at Jalisco Grill! Jalisco's catered out daughters wedding and they are absolutely amazing! Armando, Maria and their team did a fabulous job. They served a taco bar with 3 kinds of meat and a vegetarian option. Appetizer options were bacon wrapped shrimp, taquito's, chips and salsa with queso and guacamole. Everyone loved the food! We highly recommend them! Choose local you will be so happy you did!!“

The asada had a perfect grilled flavor, the chili relleno was delicious, and the tamales were full of authentic taste and texture. The Molcajete was a standout with incredible flavors coming together, and the steak fajitas were cooked perfectly with that sizzling presentation you hope for.

“I was born and raised on the Mexican border, I moved to Aspen four months ago, and I've been searching for decent Mexican food constantly, and I found some decent places and many places were not good at all, but I stumbled into this place today and it is officially the best Mexican food in the entire Roaring Fork Valley, hands-down. Exceptionally authentic, delicious, mostly organic, excellent service, clean & wonderful atmosphere, great menu with many awesome authentic choices, the food is made to perfection, and the prices are oh so pleasant! This place is the best, I am so lucky I live closeby, I will be eating here on the regular without fail!
