First time visiting the area. We had ceviche appetizer and it was delicious and fresh. The burritos entre was excellent and the Margaritas were plentiful. Service was fast and friendly. We drove down from Snowmass Village because the restaurants in Snowmass are a ripoff and the food there was blah. Really superb seafood, which is their specialty. Also excellent authentic dishes from Central Mexico, along with the traditional Tex-Mex border fare. The Seafood Molcajete is to-die-for. Ditto the Grilled Shrimp and the Whole Red Snapper in Garlic Sauce.The only downside to this great little restaurant? Best place for delicious seafood/mexican dishes! Always busy so plan ahead! Perfect place for families, friends and any other type of gatherings! I have been going to el Koritas ever since they first opened their restaurant at the building next to Movieland! I'm so happy with their growth in business, friendships and food!
