Decent Mexican food in Basalt. I wish the ceviche has fish and the shrimp though.
El Korita in Basalt was an amazing find! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the food absolutely delivered. We tried the asada steak, chili relleno, tamales, Molcajete, and steak fajitas — every dish was packed with flavor and made with care.
