For the 2nd time in 3 days the wonderful staff at Starbucks have gotten my order wrong.
Both times I ordered a "large ICED mocha with 4 shots.." and was given a regular, hot 4 shot mocha.
The 2nd time...i waited patiently for 10 minutes (although it was 11am and the soccer moms were out in force)..and they STILL got it wrong.
I will never patronize this place again..
