“The atmosphere and service were very good! It's a busy place, pretty crowded even on an off-season Tuesday night. The staff were professional and attentive. The food itself didn't stand out. On the good side, the filet and the oysters were delicious and they had a good cocktail menu and some nice wines by the the glass. But both the asparagus and the broccolini were scrawny and tough--poor quality produce not well prepared. I can't be sure, but I think the French fries were frozen. The salmon was undercooked and mushy. In short, I highly recommend La Braserie for drinks and oysters, but probably go someplace else for dinner.“

“Left Bank was Vail's first iconic restaurant when my family visited Vail every year six decades ago. I haven't been back in a long time (back when Left Bank was cash only!). The classic French food and service are still absolutely top notch!“

“Stopped in for breakfast and had the house omelette. It was delightful, especially the cheese. You can tell they care about what goes on the plate. They brew Lavazza, which is a great sign for a coffee person. My latte was a little on the light and milky side for my taste, but smooth and chocolaty all the same. Cozy spot, friendly service. I'd come back for the omelette alone.“
