La Brasserie Vail Reviews
The atmosphere and service were very good! It's a busy place, pretty crowded even on an off-season Tuesday night. The staff were professional and attentive. The food itself didn't stand out. On the good side, the filet and the oysters were delicious and they had a good cocktail menu and some nice wines by the the glass. But both the asparagus and the broccolini were scrawny and tough--poor quality produce not well prepared. I can't be sure, but I think the French fries were...read full review
Excellent food & great atmosphere.
My husband and I came here for lunch to celebrate our anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience! 🩷 The food was amazing and we had a beautiful view from our patio seats, which made the afternoon even more special. Our server, Rory, was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back again. Thank you for helping make our anniversary celebration so memorable! ✨

La Brasserie Vail is a recently opened restaurant that operates like it has been in town for decades. The atmosphere and service are very good, with professional and attentive staff who are personable and helpful. It is a busy place, pretty crowded even on an off-season Tuesday night. The restaurant is warm and inviting, and a table along the windows allows for some great people watching.
The food receives mixed feedback. The filet, oysters, steak frites, French Onion soup, Lobster Bisque, pate, lobster roll, and crème brûlée were delicious. The steak frites were perfectly done and seasoned, and the crème brûlée was light, creamy, and crunchy. There is a good cocktail menu and some nice wines by the glass. However, the asparagus and broccolini were scrawny and tough, the French fries seemed frozen, and the salmon was undercooked and mushy. The restaurant also has two unisex restrooms that are spacious, accessible, and clean. La Brasserie Vail is highly recommended for drinks and oysters, and it is an amazing gem in Vail.
