McDonald's is a clean and great place with hard-working staff. It is one of the nicer McDonald's in the high country, offering consistent McDonald's food and a unique building design that looks like a castle. The drive-through service is always fast, and customers can expect piping hot french fries every time. The restaurant is now up to par with others, and while the prices are slightly higher, the service remains quick. Plenty of parking is available in front of Safeway, making it a popular spot that is often busy. The bathrooms are clean and worth the wait. However, eating is not allowed inside, only to go, which some may find strange, and there are sometimes issues with milk availability. The self-order system makes the process quick, and the staff is friendly. The seating area is small and can feel chaotic at times, but overall, the restaurant provides a good experience. The location near Vail has clean restrooms and easy, free parking, and a kids' menu is available for families. It is encouraged to ask for round up with each customer for Ronald McDonald House, as a little bit can help children and families in need.
