“Always consistently good prime rib. Have been coming here every year for the past decade with every ski trip. Restaurant does not disappoint. Bone marrow appetizer amazing. We did have the best service this year with Kostiantyn. Attentive and caring about our dining experience.“
“The salmon and short ribs were excellent. The strip was fatty, and therefore, not as enjoyable. Would not order that again. The truffle gnocchi was amazing. The bok choy has a good flavor but would have been better if it was been cut. It was hard to cut on the plate. The decor was great, the noise level was very high so not a great restaurant for deep conversation. Service was fantastic“
“This is a really delicious little hidden gem of sushi and Chinese food. We went with a number of Chinese friends and they really appreciated the authenticity of the menu items, the Kung Pao Chicken is especially delicious. Double black diamond quality! The sushi is also top notch and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Just be careful to make a reservation if you plan to dine in as they don't have many tables and can get busy.“
“Had a nice dinner at Vail Chophouse with family here on a weekend trip to Vail. Got seated at our reservation time quickly. The food was delicious with filet and bone-in rib eye steak cooked as we ordered. The lobster mac and cheese side is served family style so could make an entree all on its own. Staff was friendly.“
“We visited Montauk twice during our stay. Food was delicious. Our server, Alex, was so great that we requested him for our second night of dining. They were very accommodating through out the entire meal. We will definitely dine there again on our next trip to Vail.“
