the coffee shop is paired with a restaurant and the restaurant was basically empty, i’m assuming they were not open. the coffee shop portion was also empty but the baristas were nice and happy to take our order. i ordered the cafe miel which is honey, cinnamon and oat milk with espresso but i asked for mine with whole milk and they happily made that accommodation for me. the coffee was delicious and so flavorful. the coffee was made pretty quickly. i highly recommend this place...read full review

This is my favorite cafe in Vail! The service is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The matcha latte and breakfast sandwich are my go-tos for breakfast and I always get the bulgogi salad for lunch! Highly recommend!
