Fabulous brunch! Haven’t been for dinner yet but definitely planning it.
The breakfast at Tavernetta is some of the best breakfast food I’ve had from across the whole country including cities like LA & NYC. The veggie skillet is my #1 because it’s the healthiest way to start the day & very filling. #2 favorite is the sausage & polenta dish. This item is my indulgent, flavorful & is like a breakfast & lunch for me. I’ll re order these every time I’m in vail but if I could eat this everyday, year round I would.
