We celebrated our reception dinner here decades ago, and every time we return, it feels like stepping back into a cherished memory. The team made our evening exceptional once again — warm service, a fantastic meal, and an extra‑special surprise: a Bavarian Creme Pie crafted just for us, similar to the one we enjoyed at our reception instead of a traditional wedding cake. “Authentically European all the way down to the complete chaos inside. If you want a calm cafe this is probably not the place. If you want good pastries and a cute patio then highly recommend. Spinach/feta and chocolate croissants were quite good“

“Breakfast at Ludwig’s was a great start to every morning during my stay. The atrium is beautiful, especially with the fall colors and views of the creek. The buffet selection was extensive and delicious, and the service was great—all the ladies who looked after me were lovely.

The buffet was included in my stay, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure I would have paid $42 for it otherwise, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food, setting, and warm service.“
