Jada and Chloe were very patient with a complex order and held a lovely conversation when the POS was glitching, turning a situation which would’ve been otherwise unpleasant into a education time about the best sandwich on the menu (the impossible!). Coffee was on point and super yummy!“
“You never know what you're going to get with a Starbucks location inside a grocery store, as they're sometimes staffed by grocery store employees not working exclusively in the Starbucks portion. This one was great; zero issues with my family's mess of complicated orders lol. If covid concerns are on your mind, this one has panels up and passes the order out through a little opening. Everything seemed clean, masks being worn, smooth process. If you're traveling through Vail on the interstate though, I would NOT stop at this one or the Safeway one next door. You will easily add 15-25 minutes of drive time because of the huge mess of roundabouts, side roads, etc. that it requires to get on and off the interstate in this part of Vail. Better off just waiting for an interstate Starbucks where there's immediate access via traditional on/off ramps.“
