“It's Haagen-Daz, so it's the best ice cream around. It's delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. But, this summer its hours have been unreliable. And it has this bizarre sigh in the door, saying it *may* close earlier because of a "shortage on employees." First, that's nonsense. Second, "shortage of employees" is very 2021-2022. Other Vail businesses have figured this out. And third, we count on you to be open after an evening hike. So, be open.“
“Gelato was amazing. I love the hot chocolate here. I would make this my regular coffee spot if I could. The atmosphere is great and the service is good. The only downside is that there is only one person running the front so occasionally a line occurs. I want to try everything here. Still quick service, I maybe had to wait 2 minutes for 2 Hot Chocolates, a warmed up chocolate croissant, and two 2 flavor cups of gelato. The flavors I got were Coconut, Caramel, Pineapple, and Strawberry, they were all amazing and I couldn’t finish my 2 flavor cup, they are very generous on the portions.“
“We ordered 34 sandwiches for a group outing and they were excellent. The sandwiches were ready to pick up on the agreed upon time. We spoke with Javier a couple of different times and he was great to work with. We will use Joe's Famous Deli again. The sandwiches are very large and a lot of our group was full with only eating half a sandwich.“
“Expensive but perfect spot for families to rest, eat and drink. In addition to ice cream, they also serve several hot food items and and a liquor bar with wine and beer. Inside seating is extremely limited but there are multiple outside picnic tables. Getting here is easy and gondola is FREE if you are not skiing.Parlour is located right next to multipole kid catwalks for training that families can use freely.“
