This Starbucks Coffee Company is often busy, and during one visit, only one person was making drinks, while usually there are two or three. It took a while to get a drink, but the staff member handling everything solo was impressive. She looked incredibly overwhelmed and even teared up under the pressure of a constant rush. She mentioned being behind on drinks, yet still made a conscious effort to smile and thank every customer. She had the sweetest smile. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed. In other visits, the service was prompt, with savvy management, helpful advice, and a warm inviting cafe experience. The baristas on New Year's Eve and January 1 were professional and attentive to detail. One barista went above and beyond to make sure an order was perfect and served with a smile. The positive energy made a customer's day. With the exception of a very slow moving bar back, this Starbucks is clean, friendly, and the coffee was great.
