I Normally get a coffee here every morning! This is the 3rd TERRIBLE coffee I have had in 1 year! I took the last 2 back and had it remade but today my time was too short. VERY BITTER!! AND THE CUP WAS JUST A LITTLE OVER HALF FULL! GETNIT TOGETHER STAR BUCKS !! Who wants to pay 6.00$ for a NASTY coffee?!!! Guess I will have to find a new coffee spot? SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!
The staff is so friendly and positive. They seem to care about every customer that comes in. I came in when Cassie was working and she was so friendly and kind hearted. My drink was perfect! I definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are ever in Avon!

I'm updating my rating of this Starbucks. During COVID times it was a disaster, but I'm glad I came across this old review. They have totally improved everything. You walk in the store, and they greet you right away. I think that is a very welcoming thing to do. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm thrilled they fixed the issues they were having when they couldn't get the store staffed up to what they needed. Great Job!
