Yesterday I order a delicious Christmas beverage via my Starbucks mobile app and Ashley and Taleen welcomed me with a warm, friendly smile. They were extremely helpful in explaining the game plays for Starbucks for Life contest. I really appreciate their knowledge and patience as they were very busy. Starbucks should be proud to have extraordinary employees working at their company.

We only made one brief visit to this Starbucks. The young lady who served us, and the other clientele, were all very polite.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular and convenient spot for coffee lovers. The store is small, bright, and clean, making it a pleasant place to visit. Customers often praise the friendly and efficient staff, who work quickly and handle busy times well. Many reviews highlight how the baristas give prompt updates and serve drinks fast, even during rushes or when dealing with difficult customers. The drinks are consistently well-made, with one customer mentioning their venti iced caramel macchiato as being among the best they've had.
Visitors appreciate the quick service, especially those passing through on Interstate 70, finding the location easy to access. Some customers enjoy the chance to sit and enjoy their coffee in a cozy environment, noting the pleasure of drinking their coffee in a real mug with plates provided.
However, there are occasional challenges, such as staffing issues that make it hard to get quick service during busy times. Some reviews mention confusion about refill policies and online orders, which could benefit from better communication and training. Despite these minor issues, many customers leave satisfied, especially those who receive good service and quality drinks.
Overall, Starbucks offers a friendly, bright space with good drinks and quick service, making it a favored spot for local and traveling customers alike.
