Sato Sushi, located in Edwards, offers a great sushi experience in the Vail Valley. The rolls are excellently built, presented, and served with generous sashimi portions. The vegetable tempura is a surprising hit, even for adults. The restaurant has been serving incredible food with exceptional service for many years. The ladies at Sato are friendly and helpful in recommending rolls and drinks. The atmosphere is calming, making it a favorite sushi spot in the valley, second only to Matsuhisa on special nights.
