Mountain dining always has its challenges especially when it's behind the gated community of Cordillera. However these guys offer a consistently pleasurable experience. I love the clubhouse I love the golf course and being able to dine here for lunch is a pleasure. it's really an unexpected and surprising gift in the middle of nowhere when I think about it.
We experienced a wonderful, memorable evening at Timber Hearth last evening. Our waiter, John Long was knowledgeable, fun, and very professional throughout the meat. He chose our entrée and the Halibut was out of this world and prepared perfectly. Even though we were full, he recommended we try the home-made cookies and once again he was right on!!! The view is unbelievable, the atmosphere fun and relaxed, the food superb and staff very attentive. I highly recommend Timber Hearth!

Amazingly delicious food in a gorgeous giant timber building, with an equally gigantic fireplace. We ordered 2 crab dips for our party of 7, and ate all the dip - but ran out of the bread slices. We ended up just using the rest of the dinner rolls. Most of us got different entrees, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they got. You could tell because we all stopped talking. We were all too full to order dessert, which is saying something.
