Had great lunch here yesterday. New Owner, Kacey, making some good changes. BLT was great (plenty of bacon!), service was good. Looking forward to many meals here this summer.
All the plates are delicious and the service is phenomenal. Every time I go to Sunshine I have an amazing experience.

Sunshine Café in Silverthorne is a fantastic spot for brunch and breakfast. The Huevos Rancheros and omelette with bacon are highly recommended, along with the flavorful Chorizo Benedict and the Blue River Special with green chili.
