Wow! Thank you for having so many gluten free options. I have Celiac, so eating out is really challenging. I was expecting to only have salad as an option but you had so many warm foods to offer that were gluten free.

Your staff was friendly, hard working and the food tasted so fresh and well made.

A great stop on the railroad. Facilities are fine, the preserved buildings are interesting.The star of the show is the lunch served, and the "What the Truck" caterers are fantastic. Quick and well organized. Especially impressive was the food sensitivities board for anyone who needed it.

Even though it's all you can eat they dish out very small portions. The slice of meatloaf was the size of a chicken tender.. food was catered in and they had servers to dish it out for you. I didn't bother taking photos. It looked like someone barfed on the
