This location was very spacious and made our food quickly. The spice levels are very accurate and food tastes amazing. This is my go to spot when my girlfriend and I are craving Blazin Bird.

I'll assume that these reviews are MOSTLY manufactured. I walked into an empty restaurant at 3pm, not a soul, not a good sign. No worries. I came to the register, and was NOT greeted. It took 2-3 minutes of standing there to even be acknowledged by the staff. She asked me for my order multiple times. Another not great sign. She took quite a while to count my change, smh that's ok, she eventually gave me the right change. I looked over at the Chef, who was alone, no issues, until I noticed two things. One; the glass was covered up in printer paper as to make sure no one actually looked into the kitchen, and two; there were 2-3 chicken patties just sitting on the open fryer, not in oil, not cooking, but potentially in the danger zone (who knows how long, noticed while waiting to order) Not impressed. Brought home a #1 for my wife who is just postpartum; told her the experience, and didn't feel like the risk was worth it, from the potential danger zone chicken. There's a reason why the restaurant is empty, and the GM should have a better check on the reality of their branch. Also, Soda was empty of syrup, and instead of changing it out, they just stuck an out of order sign on it. Shaking my head the whole time. Sorry guys. It was good chicken, I ate it, but dang, should have refunded and walked out in hind sight.

Placed an order for 4 burritos yesterday, they were half the size than usual. My coworker went to go pick up the order and said they wouldn't sell him extra sauces. The previous times I had been to this location had been good, besides one previous time they had put stale fries in my burrito. Going to choose Dave's hot chicken from now on, even if its a little more pricey and a bit further out of a drive.
