Cold Stone Creamery

I ordered a Gotta Have It cake batter with double Butterfinger and Oreo on DoorDash. Eighteen dollars later, I opened the cup to find plain vanilla (wrong flavor) with barely any mix ins. I even shoveled some out just to show how much was missing. There was nothing blended in and none of the toppings I paid for. I honestly can’t understand why something this far off would even be sent out.

What makes this more frustrating is that this is the second time in a row this location has done this. The last time was an in-person visit a few months ago. Same issue. Everything was barely mixed, with almost no toppings. I realized when I was getting in my car and I brought it back, and the employee who did not make it seemed confused and immediately fixed it, which is the only reason I decided to give the store another chance tonight.

Instead, I ended up with an even worse result. It’s disappointing to pay full price and receive something that doesn’t resemble what was ordered. I’m hoping management sees this, because this feels like an ongoing issue that needs attention. I genuinely want to enjoy your product, but experiences like this make it hard to keep giving chances.

Great service. Employees seem happy. Ice cream as always was amazing.

Order ahead on NATIONAL WEBSITE, not on store site, great product except they evidently dropped the very large tub, MY CHOICE, so I got less than I wanted😢

I love this Cold Stone Creamery. The help.is always super friendly, the location is very clean and I just love to get my favorite cake batter shake each time I visit. Make sure you get it with the yellow cake pieces blended in, so good like that. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery.

I have been going to this Cold Stone for the past few years, and this has got to be my favorite location. Ordering cakes has never been easier. I have ordered a few for myself as well as my family members.

The cake decorators do such an amazing job when they decorate the cakes. ( see pictures below) I decorate cakes at home, but I can't imagine how hard it is to decorate ice cream cakes. I remember one birthday cake that I ordered, and the only request I had was that I wanted flowers on my cake; the cake decorator made them so cute.

I have arrived a few minutes before they close, and they are always so friendly and willing to serve me and my family. Overall, I have just had an amazing experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

This store has some of the most hardworking and friendly staff I've ever seen. The service is fast, accurate, and very accomodating. I would highly recommend stopping in for a sweet treat!

My ice cream is getting smaller each time. I asked tonight how the rewards work because I've been collecting them for months and have never been told I got a discount. As an employee she kept stressing that she had no idea how the rewards worked, so I grabbed a brochure. She told me how many points I have tonight and it's so few for all the ice creams I've gotten. I'm wondering if something is going on at this location at 55th and Wadsworth.

Came In Saturday night. The staff was very nice to me and helped me around with samples.

Order door dash. Obviously the employees can't read a piece of paper. Ridiculous..The owner should be ashamed. I used to work there and now this location is absolutely garbage. Go anywhere else. Dairy queen would be a better option.

The worker is stiff and rude, I'm paying $10 for the large and it's barely has anything in it. I expect it full if I'm laying that pric, this place is pathetic and the brunette who works here is sooooo rude and rolls her eyes anytime I go in there, if I'm not welcome just tell me, because I've always loved cold stone but if you don't want customers here than fine, just tell people to stop coming and shut down this location

I am beyond impressed with this location. The staff, specifically Keeley was incredibly helpful when I was ordering cakes today. Her professionalism is way beyond her years and she had the best customer service with a terrific smile. I have been in here several times and the staff handles the pressure of working with the public great.
