I'm giving a couple stars because the service and the ice cream were great as usual but I decided to try some warm food today and it just not worth the money, I did not finish my chicken strips. The best way I can describe it was there is no love in the warm food.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dairy Queen. When I walked in, the entire crew— don’t have names but a bigger lady with curly ish hair, a tall darker boy and asian girl—aside from one employee working the front counter—was hanging out in the back, laughing and listening to completely inappropriate music. It was so unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a business.
Meanwhile, the poor girl up front was making every order by herself, and the ticket times were hitting ten minutes because no one was helping her. The employees in the back kept ignoring customers, acted like they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs, and even giving dirty looks. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and totally unacceptable for people who are supposed to be providing customer service.
If this is how the place is being run, it seriously needs new management or a full staff retraining. If I could give zero stars I would, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The customer service is terrible. The women working tonight and men were absolutely rude and side eyeing me and the women I was with. I will not be back. They also walked out on us to the back when we were trying to order.

Don't bother after 10:00pm. The OPEN sign might be on, but the kid behind the counter will just say they're already closed for the night.
Stopped for some ice cream. Went inside. Inside was okay, it’s a Dairy Queen. The staff at the front counter was on point. Curious and friendly. Left a memorable impression of positivity.

The beautiful woman helping us with our order was absolutely awesome she's able to help us understand the menu and even figured out a good alternative for my pup to have an ice cream too kind of wish I would have asked her for her number LoL 😉

Even when they have a rush or a long line they are quick to get the your correct order out while maintaining a good positive attitude ensuring that your experience is great making you want to return to them again ! (Kinda rare to find these days sadly) Keep up the good work!

I ordered 2pretzel sticks a queso and paid extra for 4 additional sides of queso dip. I only received 4 in total, should have been 6. Second time I was ripped off.......
Jamie this lengthy girl who wants to call everyone hun didn't give me back the right amount of change then completely disappeared and some guy then took over and he only gave us two items out of four and said have a nice day we had to sit and wait at the window for them to see us wave at them. Horrible service and Jamie shouldnt be on register if she doesn't give the right amount due
