I purchased two boxes of Stars and Stripes starkiss bars for $30 on 7/1. When we opened them at our Independence Day party, they were melted beyond reconditioned. I attempted to return them on 7/5 and was denied a refund or any compensation. Their reason was that the boxes had been opened and a couple were missing. I sheepishly pointed to my daughter and said, “Well ya, at 9:30 last night, I wasn’t going to come exchange them, and my kids had been waiting all week for them. So I let them have some in a bowl.” I even tried to accept the purchase of one box and only be refunded for the second box. They made it clear that they were not going to do anything to resolve my issue.

I was here on Tuesday and i was pleasantly surprised with the service and the speed of service, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 large blizzards and before I even got to the window they were ready, the young man who took my order in the hat was super polite and my blizzards were super tasty, 10/10 atmosphere will definitely be coming back here. Ordered from DoorDash. Very simple. Chicken tenders , a side, a drink (it was a combo) and a blizzard.
They told the dasher there was an issue and it’d take 30 minutes.
It came to me cold, with half the order missing. Complete letdown. Not recommended for dine in or take out

Drive through plays a message saying their currently closed and to come back during normal business hours which is fine but when the message says they close at 11 and I’m there at 9:55 there is a problem. Not a big deal but have tried to come here twice around the same time and get no service during business hours.

You know, I usually love this place but idk who works here or manages the place but today we ordered 2 oreo fudge brownie blizzards and it's basically all vanilla ice cream. I get there's snow on the ground and you probably don't want to work, but come on guys. Stop flirting and messing around inside and please do your jobs.

I stopped by after one of my son’s activities to buy him a Blizzard. As an afterthought I asked for a water because he was thirsty and I didn’t want to order a drink that wouldn’t rehydrate him. When I got to the window they charged me $2.99 for the water. This is just an exploitative business practice and I will never stop here again. There are just too many options available to frequent a business that leaves me feeling disgusted by their pricing policies.
Gone to this one for years, only one I know of will do a chocolate cherry blizzard still.

I wish I could give this place 1,000,000 stars. In a night of craving a blizzard, and wanting them to replace the Reese’s for Heath and so I called. While they had done this for me before- the worker on the phone was a little skeptical at first, but after talking to her a bit, she made sure to make it happen. Extra marshmallow and all. Exactly how I wanted it. I cannot thank whoever I spoke to enough as you gave me an awesome night when I needed it by making the best blizzard I have ever had in my entire life. Long live Dairy Queen and long live this location.
