Goombas Pizza Grinder is a wonderful place offering the best east coast style pizza in the greater Denver area. From the moment you walk in, the classic pizza shop aroma is incredible. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and nice, making for a great experience. The restaurant is clean and they are flexible and accommodating for orders.
The pizza is amazing and delicious, with a perfect foldable New York style crust that is thin with the right chew and flavor. Specific favorites include the Game Over pizza and the wise guy pizza, which are packed with flavor with generous, balanced toppings. Their calzones are also loved. For dessert, the baklava is fantastic and the pink frosted cookie is next level, fresh and soft. Every pizza looks like it is made with love.
Everything from the food to the service is excellent, making it a place you find once and then keep going back to. It has definitely earned a regular spot for pizza.
