Went to this location because the one in wheat ridge, even though it was open, was not servicing any customers because the employees were too busy talking to eachother. At this location Not only was the ice cream good but the employees were working their butts off due to the other location slacking off. Glad this location was working hard :)

Got a bacon burger and a blizzard. They were really good! Decent service, but it originally took like two minutes before anyone was able to take our order. Other than that, a decent Dairy Queen!
The guy who appeared to be tonight’s manager (black hair and tattoo over right eyebrow) was literally roaring cuss words, hitting and slamming things around the store, and cussing out and venting about customers after they ordered in drive thru. He was so incredibly rude to us when ordering as well, and every car after us, as the drive thru window was propped open the entire time we waited so we heard allll of it.The two other staff members we saw with him, a girl with a ponytail and a blonde guy, were literally cowering and looked miserable. The blonde gentleman had wonderful manners and was apologetic. I feel bad they have to work with such a hot headed tyrant. I wonder how many hours they had to put up with him for tonight. I have never seen such poor behavior in food service ever. It was horrendous and abusive.

The gentleman at the window was so friendly however the young lady with short auburn hair was so rude and disrespectful. The order with only two chicken baskets in it took them 15 minutes to make them, I checked the order and was missing my extra gravy’s and ranch sauce. I went inside to ask for the two missing gravy’s and my ranch sauce and the young lady decided to argue with me about how they were in my bag, I asked nicely several times if I could just have my two gravy’s and ranch so I can leave and she rudely walked away after saying she “assures me they are in the bag” then told her coworker to “deal with the lady in the front” I then got handed ONE gravy and a ranch. It’s dipping sauce and not that difficult to make right yet I still had to deal with rudeness and her not wanting to fix what she messed up. I love Dairy Queen and the chicken baskets with gravy is literally the best item however I will NEVER be returning to this location due to your employees

Stopped in for a blizzard. The blizzard was good but not very well mixed. Most of the add-ins were just at the top. Also the place was not very clean. The tables all needed to be wiped down and there was spilled ice cream on the floor in a couple of places.
