Typical Einstein bagels, certainly not NY style but acceptable. Coffee was good and service was faster than many Einstein's I have been in.

My partner and I went to Einstein’s twice in a short time span. First time we went through the drive through during breakfast hours. They were extremely backed up and we had to wait for a long time. But they apologized by giving us a free drink coupon, which was really nice. Second time we decided to walk in to the store instead of waiting in the drive thru. We got our food a lot faster ordering that way. Yet, right before we were going to step out of the restaurant, they informed us that they messed up our order. My sandwich was completely wrong, not even the sandwich I ordered, which was a turkey sausage Sante Fe. The one they gave us was a regular egg, pork sausage, and cheddar. They allowed us to keep the messed up sandwich and made my correct order for no additional charge. The cashier was really nice about it and offered to bring the correct sandwich out to the car for us but we didn’t mind waiting inside still. There was a slight hiccup but overall we enjoyed our food and the service

The morning staff are great, they are fast and friendly. They greeted each customer at the door and maintained a smile the whole time. I was going to take my order to go but they made it a welcoming environment that my family and I decided to stay and dine in. We look forward to coming back.

Parking: Huge open free lot

Kid-friendliness: They were incredibly nice to my kiddo and accommodated her needs, the high chair was clean and accessible.

Waited over 20 mins for a bagel and they were not even busy. Ridiculous. Never going back! This place is the worst!

The manager with blonde pink hair never has a friendly face. Idk what it is but she’s never pleasant and I cringe when having to order with her. Her RBF makes me want to ask if she’s got a problem we need to take outside.

Food was great, but it took 25 mins for my husband and I to get a breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito at 11:30 am on a Sunday. They had 4 people working there so not sure what took so long. Maybe are too swamped with mobile orders that they prioritize?

What's not to like about the bagels and cream cheese in Einstein Brothers!
The staff needs to pay more attention to the preparation. I asked for well toasted and got burnt bagel. They were professional enough to replace when asked.

I work near this location and occasionally I will order a breakfast sandwich for pickup on my way to work. However at least 3 out of my last 5 orders were wrong. Either details on the order were missed or they clearly just gave me another customer's order. This happened again today. I am automatically up-charged for a 2nd egg on the sandwich by default in the app ordering (fine I'll take 2 eggs), but then when I pick up the order it has one egg. It seems like a coin flip chance that I'll actually get what I ordered (and paid for) on any given day. I won't be going to this location anymore.

Not waiting around for an hour to place an oder spend 40$ on bagels I didn't want because they are always out of the jalapeño cheddar. If your going to charge so much for food service should be top notch.
