I've been coming to this place for a little while and I cant help but notice how much its changed in the past few weeks. The bagels look better, the place is alot cleaner and best of all the service is phenomenal now. Small things like being greeted upon arrival goes a long way.

Ok, the food is good. The atmosphere is good. And most the staff is good. So, I am updating my review to reflect that. Because I do continue to eat here for the good parts.

My issue has only been some staff. And I know it gets busy. So, I have sympathy, and that is why I try to order early and use the app and give them ample time. However, multiple times I've come in and it's not ready (or is it?) and they've had 20 minutes and I watch them help multiple people order at the cash register and get them huge orders while my 1 item app order waits. Then I find out, they set my order in some odd place rather than the to-go pick up rack. WHY? For the love of god, WHY? Why would you set my app order for pick-up anywhere but the To-Go rack??? It's infuriating. What is the rack there for if you're going to just sit my one bagel, easy order, on any counter anywhere.
So, all that being said, I do love Einstein Bagels. And I will continue to eat here. And I have updated and upgraded my review to reflect that. I will leave the complaint here just so it remains noted that the orders need to go on the To-Go rack and not be sat in some random location. Thank you.

We use Einstein Bagels for each Quarter meeting. Our Q-2 was today and we put a catering order in for 10am. When my staff arrived they didn’t have the order ready because “they ran out of printer paper”. Although the order was ready 10:20 the manager had a terrible attitude towards my team member and would not speak to me on the phone. We ordered a few sandwiches to go with our order and they forgot the shmere and still added Swiss when I subbed it for cheddar on my sandwich. Will be looking for alternatives moving forward.

Ok, after a couple retries the team has gotten their footing back. The bagels are perfectly blueberry once more, so thank you!

This location has been getting worse and worse. Food quality is dropping, bagels are hit or miss. Otherwise the wait times are long for the food not being as good. They seem understaffed

Went in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. This location was a lot better than the last visit a few months ago. This will definitely be my new go to location!

Showed up 20mins after opening... the display case was 95% empty. They literally had 5 varieties of Bagels (plain, sesame, oat) and absolutely no muffins... what a joke. Thought it would be a good place to pick up some breakfast. I was wrong.

For $5 come on man I’m hoping this is just a one off. I’ve never had such a low quality experience at Einstein’s in like 30 years. It was like a cream cheese flavored bagel. So disappointing.
