This is the worst Einsteins I have ever been to if you are thinking about coming to this location DONT. Go to any other location. My coffee was all cream smh. They refuse to acknowledge me to be able to pick up my mobile order. And everything was terrible I get the same thing another location and it perfect evertime. The general manager at this location is a joke. BE WARNED

Edit: lowering my previous review to 1 star. Went in today after ordering through the app, right at the pickup time - they said they never even got the order. I have the confirmation email and everything. This place isn't worth it.

Be prepared to wait. I order online - it's usually not ready on time, but today the order took forever to fill because there is literally one guy behind the counter doing everything at lunch time and lots of customers are standing around waiting. Kudos to the worker, he's trying his best to do what looks like everything, and he was apologetic, respectful and the food was good. This doesn't seem like a one-off occurrence for this location, though.

Marco is awesome! The store was really busy but Marco was willing to take time to help me try to redeem a credit I haven't been able to redeem at any other location. Unfortunately we weren't able to redeem it (corporate made it impossible to do so) but we were able to compromise.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is my go-to for breakfast, and a huge part of that is the amazing team. The bagels are always spot-on—crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, with that perfect chew you only get from a fresh bake. Arturo, the baker, works his magic every morning, turning out trays of perfectly golden bagels in a wide variety of flavors—everything from classic plain and everything bagels to asiago, cinnamon sugar, and more. You can taste the care in every bite, and they’re always toasted just right when served.

The service is just as impressive as the food. Nick runs the register with a friendly smile, taking orders quickly and accurately while keeping the line moving. Jeremiah, the shift lead, keeps everything running like clockwork, making sure the flow is smooth even during the busiest rushes. On the line, Aaliyah and Sara work side-by-side with incredible speed and attention to detail, preparing sandwiches and spreads exactly how you want them. The whole team keeps the restaurant spotless, efficient, and welcoming. It’s rare to see this level of teamwork and consistency, and it’s why I’ll keep coming back.

I've been coming to this place for a little while and I cant help but notice how much its changed in the past few weeks. The bagels look better, the place is alot cleaner and best of all the service is phenomenal now. Small things like being greeted upon arrival goes a long way.

Ok, the food is good. The atmosphere is good. And most the staff is good. So, I am updating my review to reflect that. Because I do continue to eat here for the good parts.

My issue has only been some staff. And I know it gets busy. So, I have sympathy, and that is why I try to order early and use the app and give them ample time. However, multiple times I've come in and it's not ready (or is it?) and they've had 20 minutes and I watch them help multiple people order at the cash register and get them huge orders while my 1 item app order waits. Then I find out, they set my order in some odd place rather than the to-go pick up rack. WHY? For the love of god, WHY? Why would you set my app order for pick-up anywhere but the To-Go rack??? It's infuriating. What is the rack there for if you're going to just sit my one bagel, easy order, on any counter anywhere.
So, all that being said, I do love Einstein Bagels. And I will continue to eat here. And I have updated and upgraded my review to reflect that. I will leave the complaint here just so it remains noted that the orders need to go on the To-Go rack and not be sat in some random location. Thank you.
