My partner and I went to Einstein’s twice in a short time span. First time we went through the drive through during breakfast hours. They were extremely backed up and we had to wait for a long time. But they apologized by giving us a free drink coupon, which was really nice. Second time we decided to walk in to the store instead of waiting in the drive thru. We got our food a lot faster ordering that way. Yet, right before we were going to step out of the restaurant, they informed...
The morning staff are great, they are fast and friendly. They greeted each customer at the door and maintained a smile the whole time. I was going to take my order to go but they made it a welcoming environment that my family and I decided to stay and dine in. We look forward to coming back.
Parking: Huge open free lot
Kid-friendliness: They were incredibly nice to my kiddo and accommodated her needs, the high chair was clean and accessible.

The manager with blonde pink hair never has a friendly face. Idk what it is but she’s never pleasant and I cringe when having to order with her. Her RBF makes me want to ask if she’s got a problem we need to take outside.
