I've been coming to this place for a little while and I cant help but notice how much its changed in the past few weeks. The bagels look better, the place is alot cleaner and best of all the service is phenomenal now. Small things like being greeted upon arrival goes a long way.
Ok, the food is good. The atmosphere is good. And most the staff is good. So, I am updating my review to reflect that. Because I do continue to eat here for the good parts.
My issue has only been some staff. And I know it gets busy. So, I have sympathy, and that is why I try to order early and use the app and give them ample time. However, multiple times I've come in and it's not ready (or is it?) and they've had 20 minutes and I watch them help...

This location has been getting worse and worse. Food quality is dropping, bagels are hit or miss. Otherwise the wait times are long for the food not being as good. They seem understaffed
