Everbowl is a welcome addition to the Wheat Ridge area, tying together the many different food options in the shopping area. The interior design is very well-done, feeling chic and modern, though the music was oddly turned so low that it was hard to hear. The açaí bowl itself is really good and a decent value, with fruit that tasted fresh enough and a good sweet level that isn’t too sweet. The bases are delicious, and staff have let customers try bases. However, the biggest downfall is the customer service; the workers clearly do not care, and talking with them feels like conversing with a robot. On a positive note, some visits have been great, with staff giving ice to keep bases from melting. One customer ordered through DoorDash and appreciated that the staff spelled the name correctly, wrote it pretty on the bag, and went the extra mile. Another customer wanted a smoothie not on the menu with a certain consistency, and the staff delivered. Overall, Everbowl is a welcome neighborhood spot, but better customer service would be nice.
