Lettuce was a bit brown, and the fettuccine sauce was a bit runny due to the noodles not being drained. The bread sticks were on point and the promise of chocolate peppermint cheese cake was great.Fast food Italian at its finest.

I cannot rave enough about our experience today at Fazoli’s this evening. From the greeting when we walked in to the smiles when we left it was a wonderful dining experience. Cassandra was an absolutely wonderful host and made our experience one I won’t forget. Most fast casual restaurants and staff don’t go out of their way to make their guests dining experience great, this was not the case tonight. The energy of the whole staff was positive and upbeat. The dining room was spotless. Cassandra is a true gem and she really showed me how a good attitude and kindness radiates to others. To the manager, you are definitely doing a lot of things right because all of the staff truly was enjoying their time working. We will definitely be back!

Came in tonight with my family for a birthday dinner a little late. The staff was amazing; got everything correct and was super efficient and polite. Special shout out to Mac. He spoke with edicate as a gentleman and was more accommodating to food allergies than ANY restaurant I've ever been to in 24 years. This man should be top dawg or in line for promotion. Thank you for the meal.Dietary restrictions: Onion & garlic. Bro hooked us up

Mac at Store 5964That's a good guy. Very respectful, personable, and friendly! Met the Manager Andromeda like wise a good person and previous adjectives. Just a great experience. Normally I use the drive through and it's just another Food joint. That was a really good time and made my day. Pizza baked spaghetti should not be for a limited time! That extra 2 dollar upgrade. Sausage and Bacon bits. Top notch for the low price.

We went last Sunday and the wait time was an hour. We went into the restaurant and placed a to go order from the counter. We ordered the lasagna and the spaghetti with an extra meatball. The price was really reasonable but they didn’t say the wait time for our to go order would be 1 hour.

They did a fantastic job of getting our large order of 25 peoples meals together. MAC was an absolute joy to work with and really ensured our food all came out correctly and hot/fresh. He is a treasure. Thank you Mac!! We will definitely be using Fazoli's again when our group travels through here.

I was desperately looking for a place to have lunch on a Monday where everything seemed to be closed. So a quick search for “Italian restaurant” gave me this place with several locations, the Wadsworth one being right off I-70 where I was traveling. The menu looked ok, so we stopped. People, don’t be misled: this is fast food, it wasn’t clear from the web site, but that’s what it is. The counter was friendly, but fast food is fast food. On top of that, we were harassed by a disturbed person repeatedly. True, they called police and eventually they showed up, but the whole thing was a big disappointment.

I ate lunch in the restaurant with my family for the first time since high school. I have to say Mac was wonderful! He was working with a new person and was incredibly patient and made sure our experience was less with a new person. If he is not a manager, I would suggest that he be considered in the future!
Half an hour wait for two slices of cafeteria pizza does not a good experience make. I get that they were understaffed, and had a bunch of takeout orders, so I'm not blaming the workers. Just a long wait for mediocre pizza.Heavenly breadsticks, though.

Amanda at Fazoli's in Arvada is incredible! The short story is the Arvada location was having issue with their on line orders. Our $50 order was not processed and no food as a result. So, I cannot review the quality of a meal we paid for but never received. After returning to PA, I noticed that we did not receive the credit we were promised. Amanda worked diligently for 10 days to make sure that our charge was credited back. A pleasure to work with! If the food is as good as AMANDA'S service, A+

Just dined at this fazoli's with my wife and toddler. We had an absolutely exceptional experience for a fast casual style restaurant. We ordered the sampler platter, baked Ziti and a kids spaghetti. Everything was very tasty, but what pushed me to write this review was the stellar customer service. We had 3 different employees come to our table to ask if we needed anything, bring us napkins, extra breadsticks. Just an absolutely pleasant experience! We will certainly dine here again!

I took my dad out for dinner and it was nice to see the dining room is finally open and the new GM Amanda is doing a amazing job at getting friendly staff that greet you with a genuine smile as she checks on the guest really made us feel welcome. Have to say it's a old building but they have really cleaned it up. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely coming back!!!
