I ordered the French dip. The sandwich was cold and the Au jus was not even warm. My ice water was warmer than the au jus. I sent the food back and it still came out cold. The people that were working did not care at all. I will never go to this fire house again. For the amount of money I paid. I could have had better food at McDonalds. The said part is I went to another restaurant after words to get warm food to eat.

3 strikes equals bad review.
Strike 1: I walked in, door dings. Im the only customer..girl runs to the back saying i'll be right with you. I can see them in the reflection of the refrigerator playing on their phones and can hear them chatting. 3 minutes later I say "hello?"and they come running out.
Strike 2: I order the same thing that I order every week at other Firehouse locations which is a hook and ladder but no onions and no mustard. I ordered a combo and asked for an extra drink. She only rung up one drink, she had to ring up my second drink separately.
Strike 3: the sub was made in a rush, bread was not toasted and it had ONIONS!

Every other time I walk in the door, some bridge troll of a worker (waiting for her shift to start) eyeballs me walking in the door, like I'm some kind of dirtbag who shouldn't be there

Today the floor was sticky, table was sticky, pop machine sticky/dirty, and it's not even 11am yet

Sometimes when I have a cheat day I will opt for a meatball sub from FireHouse. It does not disappoint! Yes it is more expensive than subway but you get what you pay for. Great combination of ingredients. Get ranch and chips as a side with the pickle.
