Honestly the best caramel I have ever had! We also tried the lemon curd tart which was phenomenal. Loved all the other pastries. Decent selection, very kind, excellent service. If I lived in the Denver area I would certainly visit the store often. So many things I wanted to try.
This is my favorite bakery. I haven't tried anything I don't like . The cookies, cinnamon rolls, petite fours, swans, cannollies, and napolens are really good. I also love the eclairs, mini cakes, and nuns. However, the nuns this time around had a different cream, perhaps cut with ricotta? The texture was different than the usual silky cream, which is much better. I was also sold burned bostock once, but those are the only two somewhat negative experiences I've...
Finally tried this little bakery for a quick treat when between appointments and was disappointed, as my almond croissant was quite stale (the flavor was great though, so was sad that it was so dried out). The French press coffee was good and the young lady who helped me was very sweet. There's room for a few tables inside, but there are none set up, so I sat outside in the cold.
