We had a really nice server...
The food was not good at all... My wife had a completely tasteless French dip... I'm not sure what I was served, it was supposed to be a chicken fried steak sandwich... Im not even sure there was any meat involved or if it was just breading... There was no cream gravy on the sandwich nor on the side. It had no flavor or seasoning and had lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich, both sides of the bun for filler. I'm thinking shoe leather might have tasted better... Where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him?
I would never eat there again!

After being seated, we placed our drink order with our food order. Generally the drinks get delivered to us within a couple few minutes of the order. Our drinks didn't come to us until after our food was delivered and the food runner had remind the bartender who was a brunette female who appeared to be spending more time talking to people at the bar than filling drink orders. There was another couple who arrived well after us who got their drinks right away and before our drinks arrived.

While they employ adults with IDD they are not very wheelchair friendly as well as unwelcoming. My wheelchair bound son and I walked out without being served and when I called to make the complaint, the manager was very apologetic insisting she send out a gift card to give their restaurant another try. While I let her know that I’m not sure I would be risking taking my son there again (as he was upset upon leaving banging his head because we were not served) I would gift the card to another friend to try. She pleaded that I should come back and she would still be sending one. We live in Arvada and it has now been over 5 weeks since that call and we have received no correspondence. This is disheartening

We have nothing but great things to say about Jack's. They have several gluten free offerings on their menu, have a great atmosphere, and it's a great place to stop by for a scoop of ice cream while out on a bike ride.
