We called ahead and ordered 5 sandwiches, pick them up and didn’t receive the things we asked for, tomatoes and onions on two and avocados on two. When we called they said you would have to bring the sandwiches back in for proof! We have been ordering from this store for sometime now and this has never happed before! The gentleman that answered the phone never apologized or seemed. Very concern ? will not go back

Second time in a row I've ordered delivery and they haven't gotten a sandwich right yet. First order was for a Big John and received an Italian sub instead.The second time I ordered Country Club and also received the wrong sub.Mix ups are understandable every once in a while, but two in a row is unacceptable.Staff seemed nice when I called and offered to send the correct sub out or offered a refund.

walked in at 8:58 pm to get pre-packaged pasta salad that they have in the walk in prepared and pre-packaged. obviously i’ve gotten it before. i walked in the door and the blond snarky teenager said “welcome in - we’re closed”. uh. ok. lock the door? don’t be rude? maybe be polite? i’ll drive to other locations to avoid this one. thanks. or maybe i’ll just ditch jimmy john’s completely.

The location on 88th and Wadsworth helped make some very happy/full Scouts. We placed an order for a 48 sandwich pack. They were ready for pick up when scheduled, made very well, and attention to detail was amazing. The staff was helpful during ordering and cheery upon pick up! We would highly recommend this location for your sandwich needs both big and small! Thank you!
Between 5-5:30 PM tonight (July 30th 2023) Jessica was SO helpful and sweet! She was patient with me and even went out of her way to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. I wish i could of given her more than the spare cash i had because she is a rockstar and deserves so much! I’m so glad someone like her is working in my favorite sub shop. Fantastic human being!! ❤️

Ran in for a quick sandwich this Monday early lunch. Ordered only half of a sandwich due the extreme price for the long sandwich. Order was $9.38. I paid with a $20.00 bill and the gal taking my order tried to pressure me into charging my order because my bill was too large. Then my order mysteriously disappeared, I wait and wait while customers who came in after me get their orders. Apparently the receipt had gotten lost, the cashier accused me of taking it which I had not done. Finally get my food. Definitely not freakishly fast or very pleasant this visit. I’ve noticed a huge turnover in the staff at this location. Most have been quite friendly and freakishly fast in the past.

This place struggles, walked in to get lunch and two employees were loudly arguing, one literally yelling at the other who then proceeded to say “I quit” and seemed to grab her stuff and walk out back where I could hear her yelling and arguing some more. Ordered my sandwich on wheat bread, and it when it was ready it came up on white bread. Overall just a pretty pathetic experience. Eat at JJ’s often and this was probably the worst overall experience I’ve had at a JJ’s

It's always an inconvenience when I go to this location... I had a birthday sandwich I wanted to redeem. When I toldThe cashier I had a rewardShe was rude and said I had to order something first and it felt like an inconvenience that I was there because she was working by herself and I will never go here again because of her attitudeI did not see her wash your hands in between taking another order either. I used to work at Jimmy John'sAnd this is not appropriate. I'm telling everyone I knowNot to go here. The Associate needs more training on how to handle customers. If she hates her job then quit. Thank you! Big failure though. Tell her to wash her hands and more training please.
