I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy John’s! I accidentally put the wrong date on a big catering order and totally freaked out, but their team was amazing and helped me out right away. They got our whole order done super fast and were some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with.

Jimmy John's provides excellent service and attention to detail. The staff is helpful, cheerful, and patient, ensuring customers receive their orders promptly. The restaurant is highly recommended for its quality sandwiches, whether it's a large order or a single meal. The friendly staff, go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Recently the catering service was used for a holiday party for over 200 children and families at a nonprofit. The staff was helpful and pleasant, even offering to come in early to complete the order in time. Another customer called in a 14-person order for a church staff luncheon and was impressed by the accurate and timely delivery, as well as the neat packaging and warm subs. The manager, Sonia, was noted for being friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Gluten-free options are available.
