I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business...

Sounds like the store is short drivers but the door dash delivered my order with the wrong sandwich and missing chips. When I called the store the staff was super nice and offered to have the GM run the correct order to me. He did, super quickly and it was very much appreciated since we order often from this store. That is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and correcting the mistake. They even threw in some treats in the bag!

We walked in and straight away Chris Martinez greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. He helped me place my first order and couldn't be more helpful or nice. He was so nice and told us about an offer Jimmy John's had.
And when we got our sandwich it was so delicious.
While we were eating and the place was quiet Chris started cleaning the store. Just taking the initiative and making sure that the place is spotless for any customer that comes in.
