“This is in response to Sittal Ahmed
I was present for this interaction, and I do want to clarify a few details because this is not an accurate description of what occurred. Your party did not simply “sit at the wrong table.” You were seated at a table and then chose to get up and move to a different table without asking staff. That section had already been closed for the evening and the grills and tables had been cleaned.
No one yelled at you. You were asked to move to a table that was still open (one table over, yes I understand it’s one table over but when it gets late we close tables down since we have to clean the grills) and were told that moving created additional work for staff because the section had already been closed. Your party became upset with that explanation and openly discussed not returning while staff were within earshot.
When the situation was addressed, the conversation remained verbal and you were ultimately asked to leave because the interaction had already become uncomfortable and confrontational before you had even ordered.
You are absolutely entitled to leave a negative review and to feel that the interaction could have been handled differently. However, saying you accidentally “sat at the wrong table” and were immediately “yelled at” leaves out significant context and is simply not what happened.“
